This site is operated by Elevatz Marketing Inc. (“we,” “us”). It promotes a paid advertising service and collects only what is needed to run ads, book calls, and deliver work.
What I collect
- Name, email, and phone if you book a call (via Google Calendar) or email me
- What you tell me on a call or in writing about your business and ads
- Basic site analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location)
- Advertising pixels and cookies (including Meta) if you arrived from an ad, so I can measure and retarget
How it’s used
To answer inquiries, book and run consults, deliver the service if we work together, improve the site and ads, and comply with the law. I do not sell your information.
Ads and cookies
If you click a Meta, Google, or YouTube ad, those platforms may set cookies or pixels on this page. You can control ads in your account settings on those platforms and via your browser.
Sharing
Tools I use to operate (Google Calendar, YouTube, website host, email, ad platforms) may process data as processors. I share information if required by law or to complete a booking you requested.
Retention
Inquiry and booking details are kept as long as needed to handle the relationship and ordinary records. You can ask to have your contact details deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Canada and applicable US state law), you may ask what I hold, correct it, or request deletion. Email info@elevatz.com.
